Today we had a visit from the poet Ian Bland.

 

We enjoyed listening to him perform his poems and we took part joining in with all of the actions. 

 

Each year group worked with Ian creating their very own poems in class. 

 

Some of the children were even selected to perform in assembly in front of the whole school. We all had such a wonderful day celebrating poetry together!
