Welcome To Adswood Primary School
On behalf of the children, staff, governors and the Victorious Trust, I would like to welcome you to Adswood Primary School.
We hope you find our website clear, informative and easy to navigate. It is designed to give you a flavour of the vibrant life of our school, the work of our children and the broad, balanced, inclusive and creative curriculum we strive to deliver.
Our vision here at Adswood Primary is for all children to ‘Enjoy, Believe and Achieve’.
Underpinning our vision, our aim is for children to foster a love of learning that empowers them to be resilient and independent learners equipping them for a life long learning journey.
While it is our priority that the education your child receives here with us will enable them to achieve their academic potential and progress confidently into the next phase of their education, it is also part of our vision that all our children are filled with positive experiences, that they are aware of the endless possibilities that await them and that they are nurtured in order to develop within them, a confidence to embrace whatever comes their way. Underpinning the above, is our relentless commitment to ensuring that the children of Adswood Primary School possess the values that enable them to live well in society and prepares them to deal effectively with the modern world.
We look forward toworking in partnership to ensure success for all.

Our Trust
Founded in January 2018, our Trust is a vibrant and growing family of schools across the North West of England. We are proud to work in partnership with 15 fully converted schools, each a valued member of our Victorious family and united by a shared vision and strong core values that shape everything we do.
Our established East Manchester Hub brings together a highly collaborative network of schools across Tameside and Glossop, fostering professional excellence, shared learning and collective responsibility.
On 1st March 2026, Adswood Primary School in Stockport officially joined our Trust, marking an exciting milestone in our development across neighbouring local authorities. Building on the success of our East Manchester Hub, we are now beginning to grow a new hub in Stockport — strengthening local collaboration and extending the benefits of our Central Team services to more communities.
We believe in creating pathways for all — ensuring every learner can thrive, achieve, and be inspired. Our vision focuses on personal growth, academic progress, character development, and preparation for future employment. Lifelong learning, staff development and meaningful engagement with our communities sit at the heart of our mission.
By removing barriers to achievement and placing learning within the context of each individual’s future aspirations, we aim to empower every child, young person, and adult to fulfil their potential — today and in the future.
Schools interested in learning more about partnership opportunities within our Trust, including the future development of our Stockport Hub, are warmly invited to contact Helen Thomas on 0161 830 6964 or email info@victoriousmat.org for an informal conversation.
