Reception visit to St Ambrose Church

Lesson: Religious education

This half term we are learning about places of worship. We visited St Ambrose church to understand what is special about the church for Christians.For some of our children it was the first time they had visited a church. The children enjoyed listening to Father Martin and learned lots of information about the Christian faith. Thank you to Father Martin and the members of the congregation, who gave up their time to provide this fantastic learning opportunity for the children!
